      1.  How to get name of the Hotel / Restaurant?

                      No need to apply for availability of name.

 

2.   What are the required documents?
      Following documents are required.
3. 1. Attested copy of NIC of the owner of the hotel/restaurant.
   2. Lease agreement of hotel/restaurant.
   3. Sketch map of premises.
   4. Room rates/menu card of hotel and restaurant.
   5. Medical fitness certificate of each employee attested by the MBBS doctor.
   6. In case of partnership, a copy of partnership deed and Registration Certificate from Registrar of firms.
   7. In case of private limited company, incorporation certificate, memorandum & articles of association, form-29, form-A, form-21, certified from the registrar of companies (SECP).

 

3.   What is the fee schedule for registration and licence of the hotel /restaurant?
     Following is the fee chart for the registration of Hotel and Restaurant.

4                      How much time it will take for the grant of License?

Ans:                 If the documents are complete, it will take 15- days.

 

5.                     Who can file a complaint?

Ans:                 Any guest / customer can file a complaint against the Hotel / Restaurant                          under the Pakistan Hotels / Restaurants Law, to the Controller, DTS,                                    Islamabad.
